Portable Generators

Portable generators are the best way to ensure you have electric power regardless of where you are at a given time. They are relatively lightweight machines that can be easily stored in the trunk of a car or back of a pick-up. They are perfect for camping, travelling or just for emergency use.

Portable generators are only capable of producing 2000 watts or less of electricity. This means that, while they can’t power an entire home, they can be used for the bare essentials. Many people take these camping in order to run a television and DVD player when they’re out “roughing it”.

Portable generators are commonly used in construction projects. They are the easiest way to supply power to a host of tools and lights without having to connect to a community power grid. Furthermore, they are lightweight enough to carry just about anywhere.
